Morning 7 AM
The whole bedroom turned messy for the past few hours with all the clothes were scattered in different directions. Rahini runs here and there with her mobile phone on one hand and notepad on other hand.
"Ok. Fine. I will be needing the cab around 10 AM tomorrow morning for airport drop. Arrange it accordingly. When does the cab comes today?"

Rahini writes something in her notepad. "Thank you very much."

"Sure.Sure. I will inform.No problem"
Rahini disconnects the call. Radha comes with handful of stuffs and places it on the bed. Rahini looks her surprisingly.
"Chithi! What is this? Did I ever tell you I got transferred to Delhi? Why this much of clothes? I need two sets of dresses alone"
"I know my dear Star" says Radha kiddingly. "You are going to interview one of the most prestigious person in the world. Should you not look gorgeous on the channel. These are the costliest dresses which I bought for you."
"Chithi. When did you buy these ? I did not know." Rahini asks surprisingly
"Had she bought it for you, you would have known. She bought it for her self saying that she is buying it for you". Kannapiraan pulls Radha's leg
"Oh, Hello. Can you prove that I have worn any of these at any day." Radha asks angrily to him.Rahini and Kannapiraan smile at her. She turns to Rahini "Don't believe a word of him. He has got no other business." Radha stares at him angrily. "Whenever something catches my eyes, I will think of you and buy it. Look here. Choose any of them"
Rahini looks at the collections. "Chithi, All sarees are very awesome. You really have very good taste."
Radha smiles and looks at Kannapiraan "What do you say now. You will tell that all these are old fashioned and Rahini will not like it, she will not wear it and all.Now What you have, to say" says in a proud tone.
"Wait. She just said it looks good. She did not say she will wear it"
"You go away. She will sure wear any of one these in her interview. Is it not?" Radha asks Rahini.
Rahini looks at Kannapiraan in a meaningful look and Kannapiraan smiles at her "Chiththi. Sarees are too good. But..." Rahini stops
"But what? Don't say this 'if & but' and all. Choose any one of them.That is it. Look at this red saree. You will look like a bride to be wedded" Radha shows a saree.
"But Chithi. Why would a wedded mother require a bride to be wedded saree? And moreover I am going to take interview and not to get married.I cannot wear it Chithi"
"So What. You will look really wonderful. You know, women like you spread new fashions like this. When you don't wear this,who else would wear." Radha takes another saree and shows it to her. "See if you don't like that, how about this?"
Rahini looks at the other saree and gives a shocking look and exclaims "Chithi. What is this! The sarees which you are showing shall be minimum Tens of thousands." Looking at Kannapiraan. "Chitappa, Does any money left in your savings account?"
"Doubt only. For your Chithi's next purchase I need to take Mother document of this home I suppose. Only then I can settle half of the purchase bill" says Kannapiraan mischiviously
Looking at Kannapiraan, Radha angrily says, "Will you stop it." and turning to Rahini "What, you are not going to wear any of these?" asks Radha sadly.
Rahini smiles at Radha. She hugs her and says "Chithi. Why would I not wear these. All these are bought with love of my Chithi. These are very special. I think these should be worn in more special occasions of our life. I will wear it on one such occasion.OK?"
Radha looks at Rahini, "Sure?"
"Pakka. Sure."
Radha takes the red saree in her hand and says "You are correct. You need to wear this one on a very special day"
Rahini looks at Radha and gets surprised. "Well Chithi, you have some special day in your mind it seems. What is that?What day it is? When it is going to come?"
Radha looks at her and says "Sure one day that special day would come. You will know that day what special day it is. I am really praying to Kanha for that day to come soon in your life and some guts inside me says that day is going to come very soon for sure."
Rahini again looks at her and Radha looks at her "You soon pack your stuffs. It is getting late" Radha rises up from the bed.
Rahini looks at her and shakes her shoulders. She starts to pack her things but suddenly feels something. "What Chithi, today the home is in pin drop silence. Prince did not wake up till?"
Radha smiles "He woke up and sitting at the corner sadly. Not even drinking the milk."
"Oh my God. I have to manage this too." Rahini leaves from the bed and goes to the hall. Arjun is seated on the sofa sadly. Rahini smiles at him and sits beside him. She takes his hands but Arjun pulls it from her.
"Oh baby. Does not look good without hearing the plates and glasses dropping sound,scattered clothes and socks and my charming prince's voice and all. Today my day is not going to be good"
"Don't talk to me. I am not going to talk with you. Nowadays you are not at all a good mother. You don't love me at all" Arjun turns angrily
"Why would my little Prince think like that?" Rahini asks in sad voice.
"Yes. Had you loved me, you will not leave me like this and go somewhere" says Arjun angrily.
"Oh Baba. I love my little cute Prince than anything in my life. But what to do. I have to go. Else how can I buy the automatic remote car which my cute Prince asked me some days back" Rahini pretends to be sad. "OK. My little Prince does not want it as he loves his mother more than that. Fine. I will cancel my trip."
Arjun looks at Rahini and his face becomes bright. He gets down from the sofa and runs to the bedroom.
"Amma. Come soon and pack your stuff. You might miss the plane." Arjun takes her stuffs and dumps it the suitcase rapidly.
Rahini comes to the room and looks at him with a mischievous smile. Kannapiraan and Radha also smile at Arjun's innocent acts. Arjun dumps everything in the suitcase. "Hey Arjun. Don't put everything in it."says Rahini. Arjun looks at her and Rahini signs him to come near him. Arjun goes to her.
"OK. What else my little Prince want from Delhi?"
Arjun counts his fingers and says"A remote car any many more toys" Arjun lists out the toys' names.
"Amma. You will sure buy these. Isn't it?"
"Yeah Kanna. Sure. I will buy you all the things which you want. Promise"
"Amma. You know Trisha. That day I showed you, remember?"
"Yes. I do. What about her now?"
"Amma. She said her Appa is going to get her many toys when he comes home. If you buy me these toys we will both play together. How fun it will be!" Arjun exclaims happily.
"Trisha's Appa?" Rahini asks surprisingly "Her dad is going to come home. But you told her father left her when she was baby. Isn't it?"
"Yes Amma. But she only told her Appa is coming to home. You know how happy she is!"
"Strange. Any ways very happy to hear about this. So hereafter her appa will take good care of her. No problem then."
Rahini thinks to herself "Looks like, there will be no need to talk to her grand mother about her. Her Appa is going to come back and everything shall be going to be fine. First her Appa should fire that drunkard driver from the job. Only then that child would be safe. On her Appa's love and affections that child should change fully and should be happy always."
Rahini turns to Arjun, "OK. Done. Now can you help Amma for packing."
"Cool. I need the cab details"
Rahini writes something in her notepad. "Thank you very much."

"And who is that Trisha? I have not heard this name before" asks Kannapiraan
"Trisha is Arjun's new friend. There is a slightly long story about her. I will tell you later." Rahini looks at her watch. "Oh Man. Getting late. MY cab will come soon. I will go and get ready" Rahini rushes to her room.

Rahini and others stand outside the apartment complex with the luggages. A car arrives inside the complex and stops in front of them. Rahini looks at the car and the paper she has in her hand and verifies the car details.
The driver comes out and arranges luggages in the car.
"Kanna. Be careful and cautious. Don't roam unneccsarily. Go finish your work and come back soon." says Radha
Rahini smiles at her and says "Chithi, perhaps you have forgotten that I have grown up and become a mother.Even I don't advice this much to Arjun."
Radha says "So what, even if Arjun grows up and becomes adult, I will advice you like this. What problem in obeying me?"
"OK Chithi. Done." smiles Rahini. She turns towards Arjun, "Hello Mr.Naughty Professor, I will come by tomorrow afternoon. Until then be quiet and good boy, don't trouble thaththa and Paati. Is it OK?"
Arjun folds his hands and looks somewhere and says "Hmm...I will try"
Rahini looks at him in a playful anger and holds his ears "Trying huh?". Arjun pretends to feel pain and everyone laugh. "Say OK"
"OK, Amma. Done" he repeats in the same manner as Rahini told to Radha. Everybody laugh again.
"OK. Make a call as soon as you reach the place. Don't forget" says Radha
"I will try Chithi."
"No try. Do it" orders Radha
"OK Chithi. Done" replies Rahini smilingly
Rahini gets inside the car.Everybody waves hands like 'bye' and the car leaves the complex.

INDIRA GANDHI INTERNATIONL AIRPORT stands with pride and honour of being the largest airports in the capital city of the country. Indian and International Passengers are roaming here and there with an excitement and happiness in their faces to visit the city, to accompolish the tasks for which they have come. Rahini collects her baggages from the conveyor belt of Terminal 1C and starts her footsteps to enter inside the oldest capital of India.
Rahini looks at the airport in all the directions and try to capture the entire building structure in her mind.
"Wah! Each time I come, there is some difference seen. Government is keep on updating the infrastructure." Rahini admires in her mind.
Rahini crosses a passenger who has a book naming 'The Prophecies of Nostradamus'. Rahini gets glimpse of the book name.
"Mam, I feel your destiny is awaiting with the turning point of your life. This Delhi trip might change your entire life."
"OK. Ms.Nostradomus. If something good happens, then I will fill your mouth with sugar."
Rahini smiles to herself. "Somebody says something just like that. In this less than 24 hours of my Delhi trip, What is going to change my life?"
Rahini comes to the exit gateway and glances through the placards held by the people who have come to receive their repsective passengers. She stops at a placard, reading 'RAHINI MADAM. HINDUSTHAN NETWORK' held by a middle aged man.
Rahini goes near to the person, "Mr.Gupta?"
The person smiles and greets her "Yes Mam. Phir Se Aapka Swagat Hain (Welcome Once Again)"
"Thank you. Sir." Rahini smiles at him back.
"How was your trip Mam?"
"Yeah. Good"
Mr.Gupta helps her to get inside the car and the car leaves the terminal. Rahini looks at the neighbourhood of Delhi as the journey proceeds.
Rahini reminds of her previous trips to Delhi. She sees to herself her previous Delhi trip to meet one of the then Central Minister for Information and Broadcast about six months back, another previous trip for her job interview around 5 years back and the reminds her other previous Delhi visit where she left the place after Aarav's demise 6 years before.
Rahini turns sad yet she turns normal after a minute.
"Mam. How do you feel after your return here?" asks Mr.Gupta enthusiastically
"Yes. Looks like Delhi is changing everyday. Lot of changes since my last visit. Cannot remember the place which I visited last time" replies Rahini smilingly.
"Hmm. Capital city of Largest Democracy in the World, Isn't it? It will be like that only" replies Mr.Gupta
"Yeah. That is why it is always proving time and again that 'Change is the only constant'"
Rahini watches through the metro rails running upwards her head, people walking on the roads, heavy traffic, fast moving vehicles.
After forty minutes of moderate traffic journey, car enters Karol Bagh area and stops in front of a building.Rahini and Mr.Gupta get down from the car and Gupta helps her with her bags etc.
"Rahini Mam, here is your key for your room. Your room is at second floor. This is my number, you can contact me for any assisstance. And Chief engineer told me to inform that your need to be at the studio least by 3 PM." Mr.Gupta gives her a key and a card. Rahini gets them from him and says "Fine. Thank you for the lift and information"
"You are Welcome Mam" Gupta replies smilingly and leaves. Rahini walks through the corridor.
