I don't understand why IT Companies are like this

I really don't understand why IT companies are killing their employees.

Today (17th August 2011), I went to training in a HCL facility located at Navalur. Totally I got Rs.700 wasted for my transport. I cannot blame anybody becoz without knowing about the place, I myself volunteered to attend the training.

The facility is approximately 35 to 40 kms from my home. I started from my home at 8.00 am, calculating the traffic I thought I will reach the training hall by 9.20 am . Did I made any mistake or the Chennai city traffic is unpredictable like Chennai rain, when I reached the hall it was around 10.35 am. One hour delay for the training session.

I took a call taxi to go there. Everything was fine until the beginning of 'IT Express Way'. Hardly it took 20 minutes from my home to reach the area. I was very happy, that I will be on time for training.

When Man proposes something and if it happens perfectly, then why the hell we need God?

Signal, Traffic Jam, Signal, Traffic jam, Traffic jam, traffic Jam, Signal etc etc etc... After 16 traffic jams and 9 signals (approx), I successfully(frustatingly) reached the place.

But I thought of one thing. From my home alone, that place is about 40km. Then what about people who live farther than my place.

Just because, a company pays its employees, is there any rule that they can kill them alive in any way they want.

After a loooooonnnnnnnngggggg journey to their office, how are the employees are working?

To the worst, there is office hours of 9 hours. So 9 hours and to & fro journey hours, totally 2/3rd of the day is swallowed for office alone. Rest there will be time to and sleep, wake up, dress up then run again.

Really I am very sorry for the people who are all running distant places to make their living. Are all people afford to buy a home near their workplace? Do all people have money to spend for a Car? (Already traffic jam is in peak.)

IT companies are monsters, demons, devils which kill their people in the traffic of Chennai city.

May be cities like Mumbai, Bangalore and all will be like hell I think. No comments about cities worser than this.

Day-by-day suffering of people to make a living increases.

It will be very nice if any apocalypse comes to make the end of the world.I am eagerly waiting for a giant comet or meteorite to welcome to Earth. No traffic, No office, No Recession, No Appraisal.

May be HELL has shifted its base to Earth I think.
