CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Passengers from Air India flight disperse in different directions after their three plus hours journey from New Delhi.
Rahini and Pratik come together seperately but either of them speak with each other. Rahini looks for something around but she spots Kannapiraan at the arrival gate. She gets surprised to see him as there was no plan of him coming to airport.
Rahini steps forward but she stops and looks at Pratik. He looks at her and says "See you tomorrow." and leaves from the place. Rahini was not able to understand his behaviour. She then moves towards Kannapiraan.
"Chithapa" exclaims Rahini in surprise "What a surprise! I did not expect you here."
Kannapiraan did not reciprocate her surprise instead he kept silent and looked dull. "Got all your baggages isn't it? Shall we leave?" asks Kannapiraan in a rigid voice.
Rahini looks astonished on the unusual behaviour of Kannapiraan. She has hardly seen him like that. She replies him "Yeah. I am done. Let us leave" in a low voice.
Kannapiraan takes her luggage and puts them in the car. Both of them, then get inside the car and then car leaves.
Just as Rahini's car move from the terminus gate another car comes and stops there where Mrunalini gets down from the car.
"Munna, Park the car as required but make sure you should not make even a second of delay once we are all out." says Mrunalini to the driver.
"OK. Mem sahib" replies the driver and the car leaves.
Mrunalini goes inside the arrival gate with happiness in her heart. Though she was told that no need for her come to airport she was not able to stop herself getting restless to meet her son.
Mrunalini closes her eyes and prays 'Bappa! Seven years after my son is coming home. Let everything shall come to old position as he comes. Thank you for listening to my seven year penance.'
As she opens her eyes her face turns bright. Rohit and Anirudh come to the arrival gate where Mrunalini was waiting for them.
"Ma!" exclaims Anirudh happily on seeing her and goes fast towards her. As he reaches her, both mother and son hug each other.
Anirudh then bows down to his mother's feet. Mrunalini blesses him saying "Kush Raho Beta" with smile in her face.
Mrunalini then looks at Rohit who was standing and looking at her. Rohit looks at her with a gentle smile in his face. She starts to get tears in her eyes. As Rohit goes toward her and hugs her, she bursts out crying.
For a few seconds she does nothing but crying. Rohit consoles her "Ma ji, What is this? Is this the way you welcome your son after this much of years?" Rohit denounce her softly.
Mrunalini slows down crying and looks at him "Now only you wanted to meet your mom after these many days. It took seven years for you to return home. Is it fair?" Mrunalini denounces him softly. Rohit smiles at her.
"Ma ji, What you are saying? You are speaking as if you are meeting me after seven years. You were visiting Delhi time and again. Then what? It is you who fought with me during your last visit and left me.You cannot blame me alone."
"Yes, I fought with you and left. When? Before one and half years. Since then I did not see your face at all. You did not care to console me.You were able to live without meeting your mom for these many days. Is this the love you have for your mom? I know, had I been your biological mom, you would have come running to me. I am just your step-mom isn't it. What else I can expect?"
"So what, Ma. Finally it is you who won. I only had to come to you. Any by the way why are you talking like this? Have I ever treated you like a step-mother? I almost forgot that my real mom does not exist. Please Ma ji. Don't hurt me like this." says Rohit sadly.

"Yes beta. Even I cannot wait to see you coming home and ...." Mrunalini stops on looking at Anirudh. He signs her like 'No'.
Rohit looks at her and asks "What Ma, you stopped suddenly. 'And' what?"
Mrunalini looks at him bewildered. She says to him "Nothing beta. Come, let us go home"

Mrunalini takes her mobile and calls the driver. Rohit goes in front and Mrunalini and Anirudh follow him.
"Arun beta, What is this? Is there no change in his mentality even now?" asks Mrunalini with worry in her voice.
Anirudh looks at her sadly and nods his head like 'No'. Mrunalini turns sad on his answer.
"I am sorry, Ma. Even while we were at airport, I tried to speak to him. But he avoided talking about it." says Arun sharing her sadness.
Mrunalini turns burderned in her heart 'Bappa! What can I do now! I was very happy that my home is getting lit slowly. At this time, why are you not stopping to test me. Bappa! Whatever happens please give me courage to handle it.'
Mrunalini looks at Rohit in anxiety. She then looks at Arun who was gesturing her like 'Don't worry. Let us manage.'
All of them get inside the car and the car leaves.

ARTE MANOR
Car gets inside the Manor's complex gate and stops in front of the entrance door. Rohit looks at the home with his eyes wide opened. Mrunalini looks at him and his expression on looking at his face. She prays once again 'Bappa! Let not any unwanted things shall happen in the house.'
Mrunalini looks at Anirudh and understands his expression that he too is in same mentality.Mrunalini gets down from the car.
"Beta! Until I say don't enter the house" she says with a playful strictness. Rohit look at Arirudh and smiles at him.
Mrunalini gets inside the house. She calls one of the servant maids. The maid brings the Aarti plate and gives it to her. Rohit and Anirudh enter the home. Mrunalini lits the lamp in the aarti plate revolves in front of Rohit.
Rohit smiles at what she is doing and waits for her to complete. She keeps the vermilion in Rohit's forhead.
"Let all the evil eyes evade away from my sons and my family." says Mrunalini. "Beta, you can now step inside the house."
Rohit smiles at her and steps inside the house. All the servants, servant maids, drivers, butlers and other workers gather on the hall to have a look at him. Rohit looks at them and greets them gently. He could not recognise many of the them as they were all appointed after he left the home.
He looks at the whole house and gets nostalgia. He looks at a place where a sofa was located seven years. He gets the glimpse of playing happily running and chasing with a young woman. He feels like her hearing her voice saying 'Come on, Jaan. Come and catch me'
The lady runs here and there and he runs behind her to catch her. He catches her finally and both of them fall on the sofa with laugh.
Rohit opens his eyes. He then looks at the kitchen entrance door. He gets the glimpse of the woman brinhing something in a serving plate saying 'Garama garam Chai ('red hot tea') is ready to drink'. Rohit gets images of him pulling her by her hip and she falling on him and both of them romantically look at each other.
Rohit then looks at a place where he gets the glimpse of walking with the woman who is pregnant.
"Jaan, I have decided name for our Beti (daughter)?" says the woman

"That is good. Say, what is our Beti's name?"
"Trisha"
"What does that name mean?"
"Trisha means 'wish'. We wished for a cute beti for us and God has granted it. So I am naming her like this."
"Hey, be true to your conscience. That wish isn't it granted by me? You say, God granted you wish. Not fair at all."
"Shut up you idiot" says woman with shy in her voice and both of them laugh happily.
As Rohit comes out of his memories he stuns on looking at something in that direction.
"Yes, I want a Beti only. A cute little doll beautiful like you" says the woman.
"No, beautiful like you" he says to her
"Ok. Like us."
"That is good. Say, what is our Beti's name?"

"What does that name mean?"

expectations, smile in her face.
Rohit gets shocked to see the girl standing in front of him. Anirudh looks at the direction and he too gets shocked seeing at her. He turns to Mrunalini in a fear who was also standing shocked.
"Ma, What is this? Why did you let her come out? I thought of making them meet after a while." says Arun in a tensed tone.
"I don't know beta. I thought of stopping her as we enter the home. But before that she came out." replies Mrunalini in same tensed tone.
"Oh My god, Don't know what is going to happen. Ma, Please do something and take her inside. Let us talk later."
Mrunalini consents to it and she steps towards Trisha to take her inside. Rohit looks at her with the same shock in the face. He reminds of the incident on the day.
"Mr.Arte, there might be some serious complications in her delivery. Sure we have to do caesarian to get the baby out.And we are not sure if we can save both the child and the mother." says a doctor to him.
"Please doctor do something and save my wife. I want her to live and cannot live without her." Rohit screams to the doctor
"We will do our best Mr.Arte. Rest, trust God".
The doctor leaves and after a while the woman who is screaming of labor pain is shifted to operation theater in a stretcher. On the way she stops and signs Rohit to come near him. Rohit goes to her with tears in his eyes.
"Jaan" the woman tries to speak with him in a struggle. Rohit wipes his tears and looks at her "Don't worry Jaan.You will be fine." he consoles her.
The woman says "Ra...Ra...". She stammers while speaking. Rohit tries to console her. She says to him "She is innocent, Jaan, I am sure."
"What, what are you saying? Who is innocent" asks Rohit to her.
The nurse says "Sir, Please let us go. Time is running". Rohit looks at her and asks her to go in. The woman says to Rohit "Jaan. Please ask her to forgive me."
Rohit does not understand what she is saying. The nurse takes her inside.

Mrunalini bangs her head with her hands and starts to cry. Anirudh catches hold of him. He looks at Mrunalini and signs her. Mrunalini goes to Trisha and takes her away from the place.
"Bhaiyya. Please control yourself. Let us go to your room" says Arun to Rohit.
