Lift stops suddenly in a jolt and a alarm sound is heard inside. All the three of them look at everything in shock and wondering what has happened. The door does not open right from the start of the alarm sound.
"What happened?" asks Rahini in a puzzled tone.
Pratik looks at the elevator up and down and says "I don't know.". He looks at her puzzled.
"Hey, What did you do?" asks Rahini to Pratik.
Pratik looks at her shockingly. "I did not do anything" screams Pratik
"What you did not do? You pressed something and elevator stopped. Which hell button did you press" Rahini screams at him back.
"See I told you isn't it. I did not do anything. I pressed the same button which you were pressing it earlier. Don't talk unnecessarily" Pratik yells at her.
Rahini looks at him angrily and Pratik does not look at her and turns back.
"Even I pressed the same button. But nothing happened. As you pressed the elevator got jammed"
"Oh, Hello, I told you already not to talk unneccessarily. Perhaps something would have happened while you were pressing. How much pressure you gave to operate! Only because of that something has happened."
"Don't talk rubbish. At least the door opened when I pressed that button. But now it is not opening at all."
"Oh, when you say it is a declaration and when I say the same thing it is a rubbish huh? I did not do anything. You only did the rubbish thing and jammed the door"
"What you are blaming me? How dare you?" screams Rahini
"Yes. I dare. You only did something. I will say this anywhere" screams Pratik.
"Just stop it and..." shouts Rahini
"Who are you to stop me?" shouts Pratik
Both Rahini and Pratik start their argument and fight with each other.
As both of them were fighting "Will you please stop the nonsense?" hears a third voice there loud.
Both of them stop screaming and look at the person who shouted. The guy looks at both of them.
"Enough is enough." the guy shouts again at them. Other two look at each other angrily.
"You really make people insane. Why don't you be silent for a while? May be in a minute or two elevator will resume. I think you can shut your bloody mouth till then" yells the third guy looking at Rahini.
Rahini looks at him angrily. "Hello Mister, can you please mind your language. Don't use unnecessary words."
"What will you do if I don't mind my language. huh? Don't try to oppress others' voice by raising your voice." the third guy again yells at her again.
Rahini gets angry on the way he spoke. She looks at Pratik who was laughing silently at her. Rahini gets angry more.
She thinks to herself 'Well this is not the right time to fight with the guy. This idiot seems to be an another Pratik and if I fight with him now sure Pratik will not come to my rescue instead he will get a good entertainment. Let me back off right now and not give room for this.'
She turns her head towards away and looks at the door. She presses the buttons again and again to open the door. But the door does not open. Pratik looks at her pitifully.
Rahini looks at her watch and gets tensed. "Oh Man, time is 4 PM. The door should open immediately.I have to finish lot of works before the show. God, please open the door" Rahini prays to herself.
Rahini looks at Pratik who is looking at her "What you are simply standing. Do something to open the door?"
"What can I do? I can simply stand like you and wait for the door to open. That is it." answers PRatik
"Then what I should do now?" screams Rahini.
"Just keep quiet" both Pratik and the guy together answer her in the same voice. Rahini look angrily at both of them. Pratik and the guy look at each other and smile. Rahini turns back again.
Pratik press the 'Panic' button again and again. Several minutes pass but the door does not open. An announcement is heard in the speaker inside
"Ladies and Gentleman. Due to some technical malfunction, there will be a slight delay in the resuming of lift operation of lifts 5,6,7,8,9. We regret any inconvenience caused in this regard. Thank you."
Pratik looks at the speaker and says "Same announcement.Still they are regretting for the inconvenience."
Rahini looks at him and asks "Same announcement means?"
Pratik looks at her and says "The same announcement which was given when I got trapped in the lift today morning"
Rahini looks at him shockingly and asks "You got trapped in the lift today morning?"
Pratik nods his head like 'Yes'
"Why you did not say this to me before?"
"Why should I need to say. I thought you knew it already." replies Pratik in the same sardonic tone.
Rahini looks at with utmost disgust. "What kind of human you are! You know lift malfunctions and yet you did not tell me.Had you told I would have not entered inside the lift. See you know what the time is now?"
Pratik does not reply to her. He looks at the watch. Time shows 5 PM.
"In another half-an-hour Chief guest would arrive the studio. In another one hour program has to go on. I am trapped here." Rahini cries out impotently.
Pratik looks at the third guy in the same helpless state "Please don't get tense. Lift will resume."
"Lift will resume and I know that. But 'When' is the question? Tomorrow morning?"
"Gosh. That alone should not happen. I would rather prefer spending a night in a Tigress cage rather than staying here in this lift with you" Pratik says in a teasing tone. The guy laughs at the comment of Pratik.
Rahini glares at him, "Ha ha ha, Very funny. One day, I will bring a Tigress in a cage and push you inside and I will see how you spend your night with it."
Pratik and the guy again laugh at her.

Rahul Patel roams here and there in a tensed mode.
"Mr.Gupta, did you get the line?"
"No Mr.Patel. I am trying for very long time. It says 'Not reachable' only" says Mr.Gupta.
"My Goodness. It is already 5.25 PM. I told her to be here by 5 PM. Still she has not come. Chief Guest has arrived and he is at ground floor. He will be here at any minute. I don't know where this lady went." Mr.Patel groans in a perturbed state.
"Don't worry Patel Ji. She will come soon."
"Why can't this lady pick up the phone and speak. Which hell unreachable place she has gone?"
Mr.Gupta and Mr.Patel roam everywhere helplessly.

Rahini tries to send SMS to Mr.Patel's number but it again fails to send.
"Message is not going from my mobile.I am not able to make any call too."
"Signal does not pick up inside the lift. How can it go?" says the third guy to Rahini.
"Why these people are like this? Can't they keep a telephone inside the lift to enable the people to contact outside?" Rahini gets irritated. "Time is 5.30 PM. Chief Guest would have arrived. What I am going to do now? I can't even send message from here."
Pratik goes in front the CCTV camera and waves hands at it and shouts "Hello. We are here.Get us out."
Rahini holds her ears and says "Hey stop it. Why are your shouting like this? Do you think they are going to hear you?"
"Hello Madam, But why you are yelling at him? What he is doing is not wrong." asks the third guy to Rahini.
Rahini frowns at him.
"Absolutely Boss." irks Pratik "Nowadays nobody is grateful in this world especially women. They don't know how to take things in a correct sense when we help them. But when comes to pin pointing the mistakes they will become experts in it."
"I agree with you dude" replies the third guy
"Had you thought of helping me, you would have informed me about the lift malfunction. Did you do that? Don't try act too innocent. You do not know to take things in correct sense and you are blaming others."
"What you would have done,had I told you, I don't understand. And moreover when I got trapped, the problem was solved within five minutes. I did not know this will go this much serious."
"Whatever, now I have got trapped for one and half hours. Nobody cares to attend us and I wonder if anybody knows that we are trapped here. Program has to start soon and I cannot inform anyone. It is a Live program by the way. If I did not go, everything is finished. You know that? Everything is because of you only."
"Is yelling and blaming at me is going to solve your problem now. Stay calm. Let us do something. Even I know how important it is." Pratik yells at her.
"Excuse Me. what you guys are talking about? What Live program?" asks the third guy.
Pratik turns to him , "That boss, actually...." Rahini interrputs him.
"It is not that much necessary to say everything to everyone. Instead of wasting the time try to do something and make us get out" Rahini screams.
Pratik looks at her and then to the third guy. The third guy looks annoyed by Rahini's reply. Pratik looks at his watch.
Time shows 5.35 PM in his watch. Pratik too turns tensed. He looks at Rahini.
"By the way. Already time is up. Even if we get out before the show time, will you have enough time to do make over and hair do? I am really worried how you will look in front of the camera." Pratik says to Rahini.
Rahini looks at him shockingly and frowns at him "Hello, Just check your eyes and see. My make over and hair do and all are done. I am ready for shoot"
"What?", Pratik exclaims shockingly, "This is your make over and hair do?" Rahini looks at him in a surprise at his expression.
"Why what happened?" asks Rahini to him.
Pratik looks at her and says "Madam Ji, I really did not expect this from you at all.Did you ever forget the person who is the chief guest today? And you are saying this is your makeover and hair do for the program with him. Great. India is trapped to such type of people who can change the fate"
Rahini looks at the mirror inside the lift. Her hair do is like bird nest bun. Her make over got smudged due to the sweat she got by the tension for the past one and half hour. Her make over and hair do got to a spoilt state which alarmed her.
She turns to Pratik and asks "What is up with this hair do. It is good only."
"You are saying it good?" asks Pratik. He acts like he gets vomiting sensation which irritates her.
"If you go like this, birds will come and settle in your hair and hatch eggs. I suggest to leave your free flown. It will suit you good." says Pratik
But Rahini turns to other side. The third guy laughs at the conversation.
"I am telling you friendly. Then your wish. But it looks like whatever the make over and hair do, it is of going to be no use. hereafter" says Pratik.
Rahini looks at him shockingly. She turns towards the life door and stops. She takes a deep breath and accumulated her full strength and bangs the door again and again.
Pratik and the third guy look at her actions differently.
"Hello lady, don't ever spoil the chances of getting out from here. Just stop the nonsense" shouts the third guy to her.
Rahini turns towards them and she bangs the door again in a rage.
Suddenly all the lights start to switch off and switch on alternatively. Rahini does not stop the banging and some alarm starts to hear within the lift.
